Axel's take: 8.0/10
A good-value central base, provided you prioritize location over facilities and quiet. a simple 3-star hotel by Nha Trang’s beachfront square, scored for what it is.
T.78 is a simple 3-star hotel at 44 Tran Phu. We'd pick it for a practical beach-and-city stay: the beach, Tram Huong Tower and night market are close, and guests repeatedly praise the spacious rooms and value. Recent Agoda, Expedia and Trip.com reviews generally describe clean accommodation and helpful staff, though the rooms are more functional than fresh.
The trade-off is limited facilities and potentially noisy surroundings. Guests report no swimming pool, while breakfast draws criticism for limited choice; don't book expecting a resort-style spread. One detailed recent review describes loud square events and corridor noise, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. It's a strong budget-conscious base for exploring, less convincing for travelers wanting peaceful downtime or plenty to do inside the hotel.
-
