Vértice Roomspace is a no-frills 3-star guesthouse in Villaverde’s industrial outskirts, and a strong pick when practicality matters more than atmosphere. Recent Booking.com and Expedia feedback broadly backs its clean rooms, helpful staff and good value; breakfast also earns repeated praise. Kitchenette-equipped rooms make longer stays easier, while guests particularly appreciate being able to walk to Iberdrola Music events. San Cristóbal Industrial station is a short walk away for trains into central Madrid.

The compromise is the setting: this is not Madrid for wandering straight out into sightseeing and nightlife. Small showers recur in reviews, and some guests mention worn furnishings or poor soundproofing. Foodspace is mainly vending and self-service food, not a conventional restaurant.
