A comfortable pool-and-garden base, provided you’re happy riding into central Lisbon. A large 4-star business hotel outside Lisbon’s historic center, scored for what it is.

Lisbon Marriott is a large 4-star business hotel whose garden and outdoor pool give it more breathing room than a downtown address. It’s a strong pick for business trips or travelers who want pool time between outings. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise cleanliness, helpful staff and the extensive breakfast. Renovations completed in late 2025 refreshed some rooms and suites, but not the entire hotel; we’d confirm a renovated room before booking.

The main compromise is location: historic Lisbon is a ride away, and the metro takes a walk rather than being outside the door.
