Comfortable apartment living and warm service, with noise worth checking before booking. a five-star serviced-apartment hotel in Al Khalidiyyah, scored for what it is.

Swissôtel Living Jeddah is a five-star serviced-apartment hotel, and we'd choose it for practical comfort rather than a resort-style escape. Studios and larger apartments have kitchen facilities, making it a strong fit for families and longer stays. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, spacious accommodation and helpful staff, while breakfast earns plenty of compliments on Tripadvisor. A rooftop pool and wellness facilities round out the offering.

The main reservation is noise: recent guests report late-night events and early-morning disturbance, and a September 2026 Accor review specifically describes construction noise. Its source and end date aren't confirmed, so ask before booking. Some guests also find the beds too firm. We'd skip it if undisturbed sleep or a waterfront setting matters more than apartment convenience.

• Best for: families wanting apartment space; longer stays with self-catering; business travelers with nearby appointments

• Watch out for: recent event and construction-noise reports; beds too firm for some; restricted women's wellness hours

• Location: Al Khalidiyyah city base; well rated by guests, but not a waterfront stay.

• Rooms: Studios and multi-bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities; space is a recurring strength.

• Cleanliness: Strong ratings across Booking.com and Expedia, backed by recent guest praise.

• Service: Warm, helpful staff are a consistent highlight, though occasional check-in delays occur.

• Amenities: Rooftop pool, gym and spa facilities; the hotel lists women's wellness hours as 10 a.m.–noon.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is free; breakfast and transfers can cost extra. Confirm whether reported construction noise has ended.
