Axel's take: 8.5/10

Warm service and a sheltered lagoon outweigh uneven five-star polish. a five-star adults-only all-inclusive on a central Hurghada beach lagoon, scored for what it is.

SUNRISE Holidays is a five-star adults-only all-inclusive for ages 16+, with a private beach lagoon close to central Hurghada. We'd pick it for an easy, sociable beach holiday rather than high-end luxury. Recent Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and enjoyable food. The lagoon, pool and restaurant choice make staying put appealing, while shops and nightlife are within easy reach.

The reservation is polish: room-condition feedback is less consistent than service, and some guests describe dated decor. Adults-only doesn't mean silent, either; entertainment and surrounding traffic can carry into rooms. September 2026 guests also reported renovation disturbance, so confirm whether work affects your room before booking. Nasaya evening dining costs extra. It's a strong choice for couples wanting beach time with town access; we'd skip it for guaranteed quiet or uniformly luxurious interiors.

Best for: couples wanting a sociable beach holiday; adults who like town access; all-inclusive travelers prioritizing service
Watch out for: entertainment and traffic noise; uneven room condition; recent renovation reports; confirm current status
Location: Private beach lagoon near central Hurghada, with shops and nightlife nearby.
Rooms: Standard rooms start at 28 m²; comfort earns praise, but decor and condition receive mixed feedback.
Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent guest feedback on several sites.
Service: Friendly, attentive staff are the clearest recurring highlight.
Amenities: Private beach, outdoor pool, six restaurants, gym, spa and daily entertainment; minimum age is 16.
Fees and surprises: Nasaya evening dining is extra; confirm renovation status and all-inclusive exclusions before arrival.
