Exceptional personal service makes this compact Old Quarter boutique a strong pick. a contemporary 4-star boutique hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, scored for what it is.

Bespoke Trendy is a contemporary 4-star boutique hotel whose strongest feature is its people. Recent Tripadvisor, Expedia and Klook guests repeatedly describe thoughtful, practical service: arranging outings, packing early breakfasts and helping when travel plans unravel. Cleanliness and comfortable beds earn similarly consistent praise, while breakfast is another clear strength. We'd put it high on the list for an Old Quarter sightseeing base, with cafés, food streets and Train Street close by.

The main compromise is space, not hospitality. Entry-level Cozy Deluxe rooms can feel tight, especially the showers, and some face an internal lightwell rather than an open city view. Choose your room category carefully if daylight matters. There's a restaurant, cocktail bar and spa next door, but no pool or gym. We'd skip it if you want sprawling rooms or full-service resort facilities.

• Best for: first-time Hanoi visitors; couples exploring on foot; travelers who value personal service

• Watch out for: compact entry-level rooms and showers; limited outlook in some rooms; no pool or gym

• Location: Convenient Old Quarter side street near Train Street, cafés and local restaurants.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds; Cozy Deluxe rooms are compact, so confirm the outlook before booking.

• Cleanliness: Consistently strong praise across recent guest reviews, including Expedia and Klook.

• Service: The standout: repeated reports of attentive staff and useful help with travel logistics.

• Amenities: Xoong restaurant, Parallel cocktail bar and neighboring Be Wellness Spa; no pool or gym.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers and spa treatments cost extra; Expedia lists no on-site parking.
