Hotel Star View is a basic 3-star budget hotel whose strongest selling point is its Main Bazar location, near the metro and within reach of New Delhi railway station. Some guests praise helpful staff, comfortable beds and decent value. But we'd treat it as a fallback rather than a dependable budget choice: the broadly middling ratings sit alongside repeated complaints about maintenance and cleaning.
