This renovated 3-star extended-stay hotel is a strong pick for families and longer Bellevue visits. Apartment-style suites with full kitchens give it a practical edge, and the completed refurbishment refreshed rooms and public spaces. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff; the included hot breakfast earns unusually consistent compliments. An indoor pool and gym round out a well-equipped, dependable base.
The main compromise is location: despite the name, this is Bellevue’s downtown fringe, not central Seattle or Bellevue’s busiest shopping blocks. East Main light rail is about a ten-minute walk, but restaurants and shopping require more planning than the marketing suggests. Parking costs extra, pets carry a nonrefundable fee, and Marriott lists housekeeping every other day. We’d skip it for a short trip centered on Seattle sightseeing.
