This practical 3-star Courtyard is a strong pick when walking to UVA or its medical center matters more than hotel character. Restaurants around the Corner are close, and the Downtown Mall is walkable. Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise helpful staff and clean rooms; the attached parking garage adds convenience. Rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves, useful for hospital visits or longer campus stays.

The location is more consistent than the rooms. Recent Tripadvisor and Marriott reviews flag dated furnishings and uneven heating or cooling, alongside plenty of positive stays.
