Minerva is a traditional 4-star city hotel between Piața Romană and Piața Victoriei: a good practical choice, rather than a polished luxury stay. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise cleanliness and helpful staff, while recent Tripadvisor and Trip.com reviews generally support the breakfast and room comfort. We'd consider it for business trips or sightseeing around Calea Victoriei, especially if value matters more than contemporary design.

The compromises are older furnishings, possible boulevard noise and a roughly half-hour walk to the Old Town. Tripadvisor guests also flag crowded breakfasts.
