Fleet Lane is a mid-range apartment hotel rather than a full-service four-star stay. We'd consider it for the South Brisbane location and practical self-catering setup: one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments offer kitchens, laundry facilities and balconies or courtyards. Guests repeatedly praise access to South Bank, QPAC, museums and restaurants, and many find the apartments spacious and good value. Expedia guests also frequently praise helpful staff.

The compromise is consistency. Recent reviews across several sites describe worn furniture, stained carpets, uneven cleaning and variable bed comfort, alongside plenty of satisfactory stays.
