Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, meticulous housekeeping and quiet sleep; Booking.com also scores cleanliness and comfort particularly highly. Floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor lap pool, spa and well-equipped gym give you good reasons to spend time here, not just sleep.

The trade-off is atmosphere and location: this is contemporary tower luxury, not a historic hotel overlooking the Public Garden. It's convenient for Prudential Center shopping, but less compelling if your priority is doorstep access to old Boston. Breakfast and valet parking cost extra.
