The hotel says its full refurbishment finished in February 2026. Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise welcoming staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms; breakfast also earns plenty of approval. Queen’s University, the Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens are nearby.
