A convenient harbor base, but tired rooms keep it from being a standout. a full-service 4-star convention hotel overlooking the Inner Harbor, scored for what it is.

This full-service 4-star convention hotel earns its keep through location rather than polish. We'd consider it for an aquarium visit, ballgame or conference: the waterfront attractions and Camden Yards are walkable, and harbor-view rooms give you something worth looking at. Expedia guests frequently praise clean rooms and helpful staff, while Tripadvisor feedback is more mixed.

The recurring drawbacks are dated interiors, uneven housekeeping and air-conditioning complaints across summer and September 2026 reviews. Those are meaningful shortcomings at this level, even though many guests report comfortable stays. Hyatt says the convention-center walkway is closed for repairs through November 2026; the rooftop pool is seasonal, and its bar is currently closed for the season.
