Axel's take: 7.8/10

Generous suites and friendly staff make up for tired interiors, but not entirely. a practical 3-star all-suite hotel in Albuquerque’s Uptown shopping district, scored for what it is.

This 3-star all-suite hotel is a good pick for families and longer stays that prioritize space over style. Kitchens, separate living areas, free parking and included hot breakfast make the practical side appealing, with Uptown shopping and restaurants close by. Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, and recent breakfast feedback is especially strong.

The catch is condition: reviews through October 2026 still describe worn furniture, tired carpets and occasional bathroom maintenance problems. Cleanliness feedback is mostly positive overall, but enough guests report lapses that we wouldn’t call it consistently spotless. We’d choose it for the useful layout and convenient location, not a freshly updated room. Skip it if shabby upholstery or uneven upkeep would spoil your stay; sightseeing in Old Town also means a drive.

• Best for: families needing extra space; longer stays with self-catering; travelers visiting Uptown

• Watch out for: worn furniture and dated interiors; uneven housekeeping and bathroom upkeep; Old Town requires a drive

• Location: Near Uptown malls, dining and I-40; convenient locally rather than for walking around Old Town.

• Rooms: Roomy kitchen-equipped suites, but repeated recent complaints about worn furnishings and maintenance.

• Cleanliness: Generally praised in aggregate, with recurring reports of cleaning lapses and stained common-area carpets.

• Service: Friendly, helpful front-desk and breakfast teams are the most consistent strength.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool; no airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: Self-parking is complimentary; pets incur a nonrefundable fee that increases for longer stays.
