Bourbon is a large five-star family resort that makes more sense for pools, activities and generous buffets than polished luxury. It’s a strong pick if you’ll leave time between waterfall excursions to enjoy the grounds. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the helpful staff, cleanliness and breakfast, while families particularly appreciate the children’s entertainment. Multiple outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool and wooded grounds give it plenty beyond the sightseeing base role.
