Hilton Shreveport is a full-service downtown convention hotel, and we'd choose it primarily for convenience rather than luxury. Its convention-center connection makes event stays straightforward, while the rooftop outdoor pool, proper gym and on-site dining add useful comforts. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. A property-wide renovation completed in 2023 refreshed rooms and public spaces.

The caveat is uneven upkeep: several 2026 Tripadvisor guests describe worn bathrooms, plumbing faults and room-maintenance problems, despite the broadly positive ratings elsewhere.
