This upscale 4-star beside International Plaza is a strong pick for an airport stopover, shopping weekend or Westshore business trip. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia broadly agree on its strengths: clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and easy access to restaurants. The complimentary Tampa airport shuttle adds practical value, while the courtyard, gym and outdoor pool give it more appeal than a basic overnight stop.

The main caution is recent renovation disruption. The lobby project was advertised for July–September 2026, and Marriott guests reported noise and dust; completion is not clearly confirmed. A Booking.com guest also reported a closed pool, although late-September ResortPass guests describe using it. Confirm both before a pool-focused stay.
