The Jaffa is a design-led luxury hotel pairing a restored 19th-century building with a minimalist modern wing, now under Fattal Limited Edition. It’s a strong pick for travelers who want Old Jaffa’s lanes, galleries and waterfront within walking distance rather than a beachfront tower. Booking.com and Expedia ratings are strongly positive overall, with comfortable rooms, architecture and breakfast standing out.

The reservation is consistency: recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests describe service delays and crowded pool seating alongside plenty of warm, attentive hospitality. Those lapses matter at this level. Dining became kosher in May 2026, and the official website still labels the chef restaurant as coming soon, although Golda’s is operating. Confirm dining and pool arrangements before booking; we’d skip it for a pool-focused escape or if seamless luxury service is essential.
