A strong airport stopover with helpful staff, but check the extra fees. a comfortable 3-star airport hotel near Allstate Arena, scored for what it is.

This 3-star airport hotel is a strong pick for an O’Hare stopover or an Allstate Arena event. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff, with particularly warm reports from travelers dealing with disrupted flights. The complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle, indoor pool and Land & Lake restaurant make it more useful than a basic overnight stop.

The main trade-offs are logistics and extras. Contact the hotel to arrange airport pickup rather than assuming a van will appear immediately. Parking and breakfast cost extra unless included in your booking, and IHG discloses a Clean Energy fee on all stays. A few recent guests mention noise, so light sleepers should request a quiet room. We’d choose it for airport convenience, not a downtown Chicago sightseeing base.

• Best for: O’Hare stopovers and early departures; Allstate Arena concertgoers; Families wanting an indoor pool

• Watch out for: Parking, breakfast and Clean Energy fee; Arrange airport shuttle pickup; Some reports of nighttime noise

• Location: Convenient for O’Hare and Allstate Arena; less suitable for a downtown-focused trip.

• Rooms: Comfortable beds and generally spacious rooms; a few guests flag soundproofing.

• Cleanliness: Consistent praise across recent reviews makes cleanliness a clear strength.

• Service: Helpful front-desk staff and shuttle drivers receive repeated praise.

• Amenities: Heated indoor pool, gym, free Wi-Fi, restaurant, coffee bar and complimentary airport shuttle.

• Fees and surprises: Paid parking and breakfast; IHG also states that a Clean Energy fee applies to all stays.
