A practical convention base, but room location can make or break your sleep. a mid-range 3-star near the convention center, scored for what it is.

This mid-range 3-star is a good fit for convention trips and exploring the Warehouse District on foot. Restaurants, the National WWII Museum and the riverfront are close, and Marriott now describes the hotel as fully renovated. Expedia and Booking.com guests commonly praise clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. We'd choose it for convenience rather than a full-service hotel experience.

The biggest catch is nighttime noise: Tripadvisor and Google guests repeatedly describe loud music in street-facing rooms, while courtyard-facing rooms earn quieter reports. Request an inward-facing room, especially if you're working early. Service gets plenty of praise, but complaint handling is less consistent. Breakfast costs extra, valet parking is limited and not guaranteed, and Marriott lists housekeeping every other day. We'd skip it if guaranteed quiet or effortless parking matters most.
