This traditional 4-star alpine-style hotel is a strong pick if you want lake-and-mountain scenery rather than a downtown address. Recent Expedia, Tripadvisor and Trip.com guests repeatedly praise comfortable, spacious rooms and welcoming staff; cleanliness is generally a strength, too. We'd choose a lake-view category, while confirming the outlook, and consider an apartment for longer family stays. It delivers comfortable Queenstown accommodation, not cutting-edge luxury.
