A strong harbourfront base with excellent facilities, though some rooms show their age. a traditional, full-service 4-star on Victoria’s Inner Harbour, scored for what it is.

Hotel Grand Pacific is a traditional, full-service 4-star across from Victoria’s Inner Harbour, and a strong pick for exploring without a car. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise the location, clean rooms and helpful staff; recent Tripadvisor stays largely reinforce that picture. Balconies, harbour-view room options and a substantial athletic club give it more appeal than location alone. Fathom also earns repeated praise for its food and service.

The main compromise is uneven room condition: some guests describe dated décor and maintenance issues, rather than a uniformly polished upscale experience. Parking costs extra.
