A strong Nimman base with helpful staff, generous rooms and a noisy setting. a comfortable 4-star hotel in Chiang Mai’s lively Nimman district, scored for what it is.

Eastin Tan is a comfortable 4-star in Nimman, and a strong pick if shopping and eating out matter more than a peaceful setting. MAYA sits opposite, with One Nimman and plenty of cafés within walking distance. Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests consistently praise the helpful staff, cleanliness and breakfast; recent Trip.com reviews reinforce that picture. Rooms are generously sized, with larger suites making this especially practical for families.

The main compromise is noise: traffic, nightlife and audible neighbors recur in guest feedback, so light sleepers should request a quieter room rather than assume good soundproofing.
