A strong Portland base for extra space, useful kitchens and exploring on foot. a renovated 3-star all-suite hotel near the Old Port, scored for what it is.

This 3-star extended-stay hotel earns its keep with spacious kitchen-equipped suites and an easy walk to the Old Port’s restaurants and waterfront. We’d pick it for families or longer visits where room to spread out matters more than boutique character. Recent Expedia and Hotels.com guests repeatedly praise clean rooms, helpful staff and the included hot breakfast. Its operator announced completion of a renovation in July 2026, refreshing suites, public spaces and fitness facilities.
