A strong couples’ retreat where service and sea views outshine the small beach. an adults-only luxury all-inclusive on Isla Mujeres’ southern coast, scored for what it is.

This adults-only luxury all-inclusive is a strong pick for couples who want attentive service rather than a sprawling party resort. Tripadvisor and Booking.com guests consistently praise the spacious suites, cleanliness and staff; butlers are a particular strength. Tiered infinity pools, rooftop sunsets and the included catamaran arrival give it a distinctive island setting. We’d choose it for a honeymoon or anniversary spent mostly on property.

The trade-offs matter: the sandy beach is small, the cliffside layout involves substantial stairs, and town’s nightlife isn’t on your doorstep. Dining earns plenty of praise, but some guests find dishes inconsistent or restaurant service slow—worth weighing at this luxury level. Reserve the weather-dependent boat transfer at least 72 hours ahead. Skip it if long beach walks, easy step-free circulation or late-night partying are essential.

• Best for: honeymooners and anniversary couples; travelers prioritizing personalized service; relaxed pool-and-ocean getaways

• Watch out for: small beach and substantial stairs; occasionally uneven dining; boat schedules and weather affect transfers

• Location: Quiet southern-island setting near Punta Sur; not convenient for walking to downtown nightlife.

• Rooms: Spacious, well-equipped suites; check the exact view category rather than assuming oceanfront.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Tripadvisor and Booking.com, with particularly strong cleanliness ratings.

• Service: Butlers and pool staff draw repeated praise; restaurant pacing is occasionally less polished.

• Amenities: Infinity pools, ocean waterslide, water sports, gym and spa; more intimate than a large resort complex.

• Fees and surprises: Airport-to-marina transport is separate; confirm spa inclusions. Hyatt announces an Unbound Collection rebrand on November 2, 2026.
