Excellent mall access, but don't mistake these apartments for the Kempinski hotel. independently managed holiday apartments in the Kempinski Central Avenue complex, scored for what it is.

Westminster Dubai Mall offers independently managed holiday apartments in the Kempinski Central Avenue complex, formerly Address Dubai Mall—not a stay operated by Kempinski. We'd consider it for direct mall access, kitchen facilities and balconies, with Burj Khalifa views in selected categories. Booking.com’s large review base is broadly positive, while Expedia guests also praise the convenience and views. It's a practical option for travelers who prefer apartment space to full hotel service.

The trade-off is inconsistent management. Recent Trip.com and Tripadvisor reviews describe confusing check-in, slow communication and maintenance or housekeeping lapses, alongside praise for helpful individual staff. Some apartments are reported as tired rather than luxurious. Arrange arrival with Westminster directly, confirm the exact view and cleaning arrangements, and check additional charges. We'd skip it if dependable five-star service is central to your trip.

• Best for: Dubai Mall shopping trips; families wanting apartment facilities; independent travelers prioritizing location

• Watch out for: Not operated by Kempinski; Host-arranged check-in and uneven communication; Variable maintenance and housekeeping

• Location: Direct Dubai Mall access is the clearest, most consistently praised advantage.

• Rooms: Studios and larger apartments with kitchens; views vary by category, and some guests report worn furnishings.

• Cleanliness: Broadly positive on Booking.com, but housekeeping reliability receives recurring criticism elsewhere.

• Service: Helpful staff earn praise, but check-in, communication and problem resolution are inconsistent.

• Amenities: Pool and gym access are listed and praised by guests; confirm inclusions for your specific apartment.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists a credit-card surcharge, tourism tax and optional valet charges; confirm cleaning terms and arrival instructions.
