Introducing Axel Updates
By The Axel Team ·

TL;DR
- Axel Updates is the official blog from the Axel team: launch announcements and feature updates for Axel, the free-to-use AI travel agent that helps travelers compare, book, and monitor flights and hotels.
- Every post opens with a TL;DR like this one — the point first, details after.
- Follow along at helloaxel.com/en/blog, or subscribe to the Atom feed at helloaxel.com/blog.xml.
Today we're launching Axel Updates — the official home for news from the team building Axel. You're reading the first post.
What is Axel?
Axel is a free-to-use AI travel agent that helps travelers compare, book, and monitor flights and hotels. Axel can access private and off-market travel rates, lets you book through chat, and keeps watching after you book for eligible savings opportunities.
What you'll find here
Two kinds of posts, mainly:
- Launch announcements. When something new ships in Axel, this is where we'll say so — what it is, why we built it, and how to use it.
- Feature updates. Improvements to what already exists, from big reworks to the small fixes that make a booking flow feel right.
We're keeping the format honest and quick to read. Every post opens with a TL;DR, so you get the point before the details. And when a post raises obvious questions, we answer them right on the page instead of making you dig.
Why a blog?
Until now, the best way to find out what changed in Axel was to notice it yourself mid-search. That works, but it shouldn't be the only way. Axel Updates gives every launch a permanent, linkable home — one place to see what shipped and what it means for how you travel.

This page lives at helloaxel.com/en/blog. If you use a feed reader, there's an Atom feed at helloaxel.com/blog.xml.
And if you haven't tried Axel yet, that's the best introduction of all: start a chat, plan your next trip, and let Axel do the digging.
Questions people ask
How often will Axel post updates?
When there's something real to announce. We aren't committing to a fixed schedule — posts go up when a launch or a meaningful product update ships, and we'd rather stay quiet than pad a calendar.
Where else can I follow Axel?
