Recent Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Expedia guests consistently praise spotless rooms, comfortable beds, generous bathrooms and genuinely helpful staff. Breakfast is another standout, with buffet choices and cooked-to-order dishes. It’s a strong pick if you prefer contemporary comfort over a historic address, with a rooftop terrace and well-liked spa adding to the appeal.

The main compromise is location: this is an everyday shopping district opposite a mall, not postcard Split. Allow roughly 20–25 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and longer to the ferry port.
