Normandy Le Chantier, marketed by its official website as Normandy Hotel Paris–Saint-Honoré, is a historic four-star whose strongest asset is its address. The Louvre is 5 minutes away on foot, and the apartment-inspired bedrooms offer more personality than a standard business hotel. Classic rooms are compact at 16–19 square metres; Superior categories provide appreciably more space. Booking.com and Expedia both give strong marks for room cleanliness and staff, a more encouraging picture than the mixed longer-term aggregate.

The reservation is consistency. Expedia reviews from September and October 2026 describe renovation inconvenience and dirty construction areas, despite praise for comfortable bedrooms and helpful reception. No completion date was found. We'd choose it for museum-heavy days and characterful rooms, not for a seamless four-star retreat or undisturbed daytime rest.
