This classic five-star city hotel is a strong pick for travelers who want attentive service and easy sightseeing rather than boutique intimacy. Connected to Lotte Department Store and Euljiro 1-ga subway, it makes shopping and getting around unusually convenient. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, thorough housekeeping and generous breakfast spreads. Formerly Lotte Hotel Seoul, it relaunched on August 14, 2026, after renovations enlarged rooms and bathrooms on Main Tower floors 7–21.

Choose your room category carefully: that renovation does not mean every room in both towers has the same finish or layout. Recent guests welcome the refreshed rooms, while earlier comments about tired interiors need that context.
