The Signature is an upscale, non-casino condo-hotel whose strongest selling point is usable space. Entry suites have 550 square feet, a kitchenette and a whirlpool tub; balconies require the right category. It makes sense for families and longer stays, especially when casino access matters more than having gambling downstairs. Expedia and Hotels.com feedback reinforces the appeal: spacious rooms, cleanliness and helpful staff.
The compromise is the walk through the complex whenever you want MGM Grand or the Strip. Recent feedback also describes older interiors, so we'd treat this as comfortable apartment-style accommodation rather than polished luxury. Pool choice is narrower than the three-tower layout suggests: the hotel lists Towers 1 and 3 pools closed, without reopening dates. It's a strong pick when you'll actually use the kitchen and sitting area; otherwise, the location costs convenience.

The entrance is off East Harmon Avenue, east of Las Vegas Boulevard. You're arriving at a gated tower complex, not a Strip-facing casino entrance. The defining routes are the indoor connection into MGM Grand and the outdoor approach toward the Boulevard; being connected doesn't eliminate the internal walk.
