Club Raro is a simple, adults-only 3-star resort that makes sense for travelers who value friendly staff and ocean views over polished rooms. We'd call it a good-value base near Avarua: recent guests across several sites repeatedly praise the welcoming team, relaxed atmosphere and swim-up bar. Continental breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, and the free shuttle to sister resort Edgewater adds flexibility.

The compromises are real: rooms can feel dated, breakfast is basic, and the rocky coral shoreline isn't the sandy swimming beach many picture. Guests also mention sound carrying between rooms and noise around the pool bar; light sleepers should request a room away from it.
