Römerhof is a traditional 3-star hotel with apartments in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, best suited to university visits and business trips rather than sightseeing on your doorstep. We'd pick it for the fundamentals: Booking.com and recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise the breakfast, helpful staff and cleanliness. Free parking and a garden terrace add practical appeal, while kitchenette apartments make longer stays easier.

The compromise is uneven room condition: recent guests describe some furnishings as dated, and smaller rooms can feel cramped. There's no lift. Restaurant Käppele closes Friday through Sunday and on public holidays, so weekend visitors need another dinner plan.
